In honor of approaching 100 episodes we have decided to bring a two part case that is really hard to believe. In this episode Charnell talks about one of Australia’s most gruesome serial killers, Leonard Fraser; also known as the Rockhampton Rapist.  Leonard spent a majority of his life in and out of prison, upping the ante with his crimes each time he was released to reoffend.
