131: The Grim Sleeper

Lonnie Franklin, known as the “Grim Sleeper” terrorized the streets of Los Angeles for years. When he was finally caught, thousands of photos of women were found. In his 14 years of terror he targeted many vulnerable women, and we may never fully know the extent of what he did.
